The energy conservation of the building with industrial, construction, transportation, is one of three key energy-saving field. As the country's energy consumption and pollution reduction policy, the emergence and development of green architecture construction practice became the trend of the sustainable development idea. Our country construction energy conservation is not only situation pressing and potential tremendous. But has been, because people lack of consider green architecture energy-saving from the design. People rarely consider the economic benefits of green architecture from energy-saving design. They have not formed standardized evaluation method for the energy saving design of the economic benefits. So choose green building energy-saving design program of the economic assessment methods to conduct research has certain theoretical guidance significance and application value.This research was analyzed the current assessment of energy-saving design, based on the theory of economic evaluation. Applied the project economic evaluation theory and method to the design of building energy-saving schemes evaluation study, define the concept of building energy-saving design evaluation clearly, puts forward the design of building energy-saving assessment theoretical framework. Using Delphi method determines evaluation indicators, using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics method determines the index weight, construct a complete evaluation index. The key research is focuses on building energy-saving design evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation method. And for example with the hot summer and warm winter area public design program, applied research in this paper presents the evaluation index system and evaluation, obtained a good application effect, indicate that this method has certain rationality and practicability.
