Research To Urban Public Service Facilities Spatial Distribution Optimization In Huludao

Along with the further construction of a harmonious society, the concept of equal public services has rooted deeply in people's mind. The problem of urban public facilities spatial distribution is suffering more and more attentions from the public and whether solving this problem will be closely related to the people's interests. In recent years, with the population constantly gathering and new block's development, the problem of urban public facilities insufficiency and duality is becoming more and more obvious in Huludao. Public facilities construction lag and unreasonable spatial distribution restrict the sustainable development of the city seriously. Thus, putting forwards the current measures and methods to the problem of urban public facilities distribution is a vital necessity.This article starts from the conditions of public facilities land quantity and spatial distribution in Huludao. Then, on the base of the summary of urban public facilities distribution characteristics and problems, it puts forward the current suggestions and main optimization patterns to the urban public facilities spatial distribution basing on the two aspects which are classification of city and facilities.The full text of this article is divided into four parts:The first part includes Chapter1 and Chapter2 which is also the part of raising issues. Among them, Chapter1 which is also the introduction section of this article expounds the background and significance of this paper along with pointing out the contents, purposes, research scope, data sources and methods. It expounds the concept, character of public facilities and theories related to public facilities distribution and introduce the present study situation at home and abroad.The second part includes Chapter3 and Chapter4 which is the part of problem analysis. It analyzes urban public faculties from land availability and the facilities supply these two aspects. Then, it summarizes the main characteristics and existing problems of urban public facilities distribution on the base of making analysis in detail in Huludao. It finds a way for the discussing about how to solve those problems in the latter part of the thesis.The third part includes Chapter5, Chapter6 and Chapter7which is the part of problem solving. First and foremost, it determines the guidelines and aim of urban public facilities optimization in the future in Huludao. It also finds a way for formulating concrete measures at optimizing the urban public facilities distribution. Secondly, following the guidelines and aims that raised in Chapter 5, it discusses and formulates optimum models of urban public facilities meanwhile putting forward some corresponding optimal measures in Chapter 6. The forth part includes Chapter8, for conclusion, it makes a summary for the article and also points out the drawbacks that exist in the article.
