The inherent quality of tobacco is an important basis for determining the tobacco availability, the cured tobacco leaf protein residues will affect cigarette smoking quality, thereby affecting the intrinsic quality of the tobacco. In recent years, a growing number of studies have shown that the use of hydrolytic enzymes produced by microbes can effectively degrade the protein content of tobacco leaves, the intrinsic chemical composition of tobacco leaves tend to coordinate to achieve the purpose of tobacco quality. Therefore, how the effective use of enzyme technology processing tobacco in tobacco macromolecules moderate conversion to improve the intrinsic quality of tobacco, and improve enterprise efficiency, has become an important technology for the tobacco industry concern.In this study, laboratory screening of producing protease strains of Bacillus pumilus (B. pumilus)(B1) on the surface of tobacco leaves fermentation, and preparation of the enzyme preparation.
