Based on the theory of needs analysis and the needs analysis model of Hutchinson and Waters (2002), this paper self-designs Questionnaire on Business Chinese Learning Needs for Japanese and Korean People in China, selects the business people in two Chinese training institutions in Shanghai and Japanese and Korean students in Nanjing Normal University as the respondents and investigates, analyzes and discusses the specific needs in business Chinese learning, teaching materials and test from the two main groups of business Chinese learning. The results show that with different learning styles, the business people and foreign students have distinct characteristics in learning objectives, learning time, materials selection and other specific learning needs. The paper make a analysis of learning demand in business Chinese in the form of a questionnaire, aiming to point out the useful classroom teaching contents and tools which can help Japanese and Korean people in business Chinese learning. According to the specific needs of students, the paper also discusses the classroom teaching, teaching materials and business Chinese test and proposes to choose the business Chinese textbooks and the corresponding auxiliary materials from the results of above analysis so as to make Japanese and Korean people learn business Chinese easier and maximize the learning results of business Chinese.
