As the development of teaching and spreading Chinese language, teaching Chinese is becoming one of the hottest topics in the world. The Confucius Institute in every place flourish built and quickly developed step by step. In resent years, the job of teaching Chinese language in Central Asia makes such lots of progress. China has built some Confucius Institutes in several area of Central Asia, a number of Confucius Institutes had quite many terminations.From association between Kyrgyzstan and China, the friendship of this two country become deepen, the communication and cooperation in the field such as economy and culture become better with each passing day. The place of Chinese in Kyrgyzstan is going up. Before the independent of Kyrgyzstan, there is a lack of Chinese subject which is not opened in any school, but after Kyrgyzstan independent up to the present, lots of schools had opened Chinese as specialized subject, meanwhile setup a great deal of function about Chinese and Chinese culture. Nearly, the current situation which shows the performance of teaching Chinese has important value and purport for research.The primary coverage of this research is from the visual angle of pedagogy, based on the three essential factors from pedagogy which is student, education and influence from education. And connected with the fact of teaching Chinese in Kyrgyzstan, analyzed the problem of current situation, gave the corresponding way to deal with it. The progress of investigation is standing on the current situation which is about how expansion the job of teaching Chinese is in Kyrgyzstan now, focused on the evolve of teaching Chinese in Kyrgyzstan. The investigation is from student, teacher, the parent of student and the governor for teaching and studying Chinese, refer to sixteen typical schools which are in the main city of this country. The major survey method of this investigation is questionnaire and interview, the method of sample is from each groups in the total, assist randomly and the else.The first part of this paper is written about the background and evolution of teaching Chinese in Kyrgyzstan, and plot out the different period in evolution. This part is the basic of investigation about the current situation.The second part shows the progress and result from investigation which is corresponding main content of research. As the center of paper, this part has three aspects. The first aspect is about student who is study Chinese and how is the attitude from their parents, the second is about Chinese teacher and the qualified of teacher, the third is about the lessons of teaching Chinese. This part analyzed date from current situation of investigation, set forth the feature of it, and connected the fact showed the problem in the current situation, gave the countermeasure and suggestion.The third part is analyzed with calculating technique, based on the data from current situation of teaching Chinese, built relevant equation model of regression. This part is beginning from choosing data what is the collective score of student's investigation which shows the current situation of teaching Chinese. And then analyzed this group of data from clustering and factoring, getting the according message of types and communal factors, finally built the model equation of regression. After judged of the model, acquire the new data of predetermination which is explaining the score developing direction of teaching Chinese in Kyrgyzstan.
