Foreign Chinese teaching has appeared some issues when it is developing rapidly. Currently the efficiency of foreign Chinese phonetics teaching is not very perfect, and the recognizion to foreign Chinese phonetics teaching is not identical. The researches of Chinese phonetics mainly focus on aspects of phonetics teaching, study, error etc, these researches are mostly sub atomic ones, while the researches of phonetics teaching materials and phonetics essentials in foreign Chinese teaching materials are not numerous, among those the researches of macroscopical ones are smaller. Because teaching materials often can intensively response editors'teaching direction thought, content and way of compileing teaching materials also can effect, to a great degree, even decide teaching content, way and efficiency, as a result, it is necessary to research arrange to phonetics architecture from macroscopical point of view in foreign Chinese teaching material.This paper study Boya Chinese, Development Chinese and New practical Chinese reader textbook, which are three cases of foreign Chinese long-term advanced studies compositive teaching materials, with Chinese level standard, the predesign of phonetics item, foreign learner emphasis and nodus form of phonetics test, course standard and long-term advanced studies teaching program of foreign Chinese teaching etc for reference, adopt the methods of combination of macroscopical ones and sub atomic ones, description and interpretation of the combining, static and dynamic state of the combination, the arrange to phonetics architecture in three cases of foreign Chinese teaching materials above for the full-exhaustive study, from its initial, final, tone, syllable, neutral tone, tone sandhi, retroflex ending, pause, stress, sentence tone, intonation etc to make some analysis and research.The body of a book structure is five parts. Chapter I is a foreword; Chapter II and Chapter III is respectively depict and analyse the arrage to initial, final, tone, syllable, neutral tone, retroflex ending, tone sandhi, pause, stress, sentence tone and intonation etc in three cases of foreign Chinese teaching material; Chapter IV is to table think and proposals to compile Chinese phonetics leading principles and application of it in arrange to foreign Chinese teaching material, as well as practice in foreign Chinese phonetics teaching; last part is the article concluding remarks. Through the research of arrange to phonetics architecture in three cases of foreign Chinese long-term advanced studies compositive teaching materials, Boya Chinese, Development Chinese and New practical Chinese reader textbook, the article means to provide reference and evidence to arrange to Chinese phonetics leading principles and phonetics content in foreign Chinese teaching material, and to develop foreign Chinese phonetics teaching effectively.
