With Chinese hot trend in recent years, there are a lot of Vietnamese adults have been learning Chinese; however, the learning process, having illegible characters which are difficult to interpret, writing and other difficult problems makes learning this language quite troublesome. This error in grammar has led to some learners having to learn Chinese characters mechanically; some choose to give up learning Chinese and some choose to learn a small amount of Chinese which disables full usage of the language. To trace its cause, two causes have been researched:First, the necessary character itself has many factors, it must be synchronized to learn strokes, components, and knowledge of law created characters, unlike in other Latin text foreign languages in the phonetic, ideographic so simple; the second cause is in the teaching of Chinese characters. Chinese characters alone do not properly teach understanding; including Chinese language teachers teaching Chinese characters are not in place of reasons, but also lack the criteria and aptitude necessary for the proper method which guarantees understanding. Through practical teaching and observation, it has been discovered that writing to the Chinese language teachers are often biased towards the teaching of strokes, stroke order, parts of such knowledge, while ignoring the law and knowledge of teaching Chinese characters, especially neglecting the lessons needed to guide students to the full comprehension and usage of Chinese characters.As we all know, teaching Chinese characters, if not taught properly, will become nothing more than meaningless symbols which has possesses no systematic or readable text. This is tantamount for the learner into boring, hard, passive learning difficulties; if handle it better, characters can help students find interesting, relaxed, self-motivated feeling. Furthermore, literacy itself is not an exciting character learning activities, and if the use of knowledge to the characters defined in the Private Law to the teaching of literacy, can stimulate the enthusiasm of students, improve the efficiency of learning Chinese characters.According to the ten years research, the use of Chinese characters defined in the Private Law of teaching Chinese for practical experience, this attempt for the "primary characters in the teaching of the more" concrete demonstration of this knowledge can help students overcome them hope of Chinese characters difficult to identify, hard to remember, difficult to read, write and other difficult problems. This paper can not be fully used existing traditional Chinese teaching methods and teaching of foreign characters, and must be flexible and developed more in line with Vietnamese learners.This paper examines the survey method, comparative analysis, analytical discussion of method, causation, induction and other research methods which attempts to study "defined in the Private Act in relation to the junior teaching use of Chinese characters" in the hope that Vietnamese learners and researchers will contribute some involvement in the improvement of the "Private Law of using Chinese characters."...
