The constantly localization of foreign invested enterprises constantly and the increasing internationalization of local enterprises of all kinds enterprise, make the requirements of the English level of employees more professional.English level is as one of important index to measure the quality of talents, and become a professional skill to enhance the promotion, and a magic weapon of the competition. Solid English skills one of the necessary ability of high skills, high quality talent. So, the society puts forward higher request offoreign language level and higher vocational English teaching for the higher vocational education training for the application talents. In the higher vocational education today, English talent training purpose is located in making technology, production management, service and other areas of higher applied and special talents, higher vocational English teaching should strengthen to English as the tool, the training of the students' thinking ability and the innovation ability in English and problem solving skills.In view of this, the higher vocational English teaching should comply with the needs, make research and practice for reasonable positioning and new teaching way. Deepening the reform of higher vocational English teaching, improve teaching quality, make the connection of students'English learning and the future of professional post more effectively closer, higher vocational English teaching is a challenge to higher vocational English education. The reform of professional English course in higher vocational English teaching is not only conforms to the trend of vocational education in China, but also accord with basic English teaching to change the general direction of the English teaching to ESP.
