With China's overall strength rising up, at present, more and more foreigners began to learn Chinese, which has formed an increasing "Chinese hot". Meanwhile, the problems of foreigners studying Chinese are also exposed. In the process of foreigners studying Chinese, there is always this or that kind of problem, such as pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar. This paper focuses on the research of speech problems, because the voice is the language material shell, words in various forms show various information in different material shell. Speech has a direct influence on the language acquisition effect, therefore the pronunciation teaching has been the focus of the second language teaching.In this article, we compare the Chinese and English language, from English consonant and Chinese vowels, English language rhymes and Chinese intonation. Only when we know the difference between Chinese and English can we better understand the reasons why English speakers make those mistakes. Then we make research on the specific students Chinese phonetic acquisition errors from the following three aspects, initials, finals and tones. Finding out the reasons why the foreign students make mistakes, TCFL teachers can try to prevent the students from making such mistakes. According to the analysis of international students'phonetic errors, we put up with several teaching methods. We compare the phonetic characteristics of Chinese and English, adopt various flexible pronunciation teaching methods, and combine all these laws and methods. I hope that through the above research in European and American countries, I can make contributions to the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language in English speaking countries.
