Purpose:1.To modify eudaimonic well-being questionnaire which was compiled by Waterman; 2. To explore and verify eudaimonic well-being psychological structure 3.Compare the differences of total and every dimensions of eudaimonic well-being among college students and graduate students 4.Explore the relationships among subjective well-being, psychological well-being social well-being and eudaimonic well-being.Methods:180 undergraduates and 144 graduate students are chosen from Nanchang University, Jiangxi Normal University and some other schools. Take Multiple Happiness Questionnaire, Social Well-being Questionnaire and modified Eudaimonic Well-being Questionnaire as tools. And the data was analyzed with SPSS 11.5 and LISREL 8.70.Results:1.The reliability and validity of eudaimonic well-being questionnaire is good. Precipitate five factors (self-discovery, life purposes, perceived one's best potentials, pursuit of excellence, personally expressiveness) of eudaimonic well-being through exploratory factor analysis among undergraduates and graduate students.2. Through confirmatory factor analysis among undergraduate and graduate students, the fit index of five dimensions of eudaimonic well-being is good.3. The differences of eudaimonic well-being between undergraduates and graduates are unsignificance.4. The fit index of the integrated model of subjective well-being, psychological well-being, social well-being and eudaimonic well-being is good.Conclusion:The psychological structure of eudaimonic well-being includes self-discovery, life purposes, perceived one's best potentials, pursuit of excellence, personally expressiveness. |
