European Coal and Steel Community established in 1952 marks the prelude to the European economic integration. The European Union has gained great achievements, which is developed and deepened by the signing .and operation of a succession of treaties, such as"Roma Treaty","the Single European Documents"and"the Maastricht Treaty"and so on.However, the low-level of the European politic integration, the low operational efficiency and democratic deficit hinder the development of European integration. In order to achieve the goals of"the more efficient, democratic and transparent European Union", the EU leaders signed the "Lisbon Treaty" to replace"the EU Constitutional Treaty"on the day of December 13, 2007.After the Irish referendum on the treaty, the final approval of"the Lisbon Treaty"ended four years of the EU constitutional crisis on the day of December 1, 2009. The European integration has entered a new step with the signing of the "Lisbon Treaty". Although the road in the implementation of the "Lisbon Treaty" is full of the obstacles and difficulties, it moves forward in the right direction, "Lisbon Treaty" will directly or indirectly affect the process of European integration. Then the European Union of the highest integration in the world will still be active in the center of international arena after the operation of"the Lisbon Treaty", and affect the future of international relations.
