China's Civil service management system of classification is a standardized management of the civil service, civil servants directly affected the enthusiasm and initiative and important system administration efficiency. Western countries, the civil service classification system, there are two:one is based on English as the representative of the grade classification system; the other is a representative of the United States position classification system. This article explores the establishment and improvement of China, the possibility of the latter system. The so-called civil service classification system, refer to the Government on civil service posts in the investigation, analysis, design basis, according to their functions, institutions, establishment of requirements to the nature of work, display Traditional and Simplified ease, light and heavy responsibility, qualifications required four elements of evaluation criteria, the scientific classification of positions, divided into different categories and levels, to develop job descriptions to determine the responsibilities of each position and qualifications, and as a national civil service recruitment examination, assessment, training, appointment and removal, lifting, compensation, rewards and punishment based on the system.
