With the continuous development of our network, the applications of network in daily life are increasing and users groups are also growing. Network events continue to occur and the network has become the new way that people express their wishes. We must thoroughly examine the following:how to deal with the supervision of network public opinion, how to regulate public servants'behavior, how to be a moral citizen of internet users, how to create a network public opinion monitoring mechanisms.More and more events spread through the network and find solutions. Deng Yujiao's event, Tobacco price event,29-year-old mayor, Chongqing hitting and other events are all showed that the networks own tremendous energy. The disclosure of these events is about to solve the problem or regulate the government's or its personnel's actions. How to respond to these network public opinion, whether the results is fair or line with public opinion, ultimately comes down to the government's credibility problem. With the continuous development of the society, the social contradictions are unpredictable and the government must find the problems inherent to rebuild citizen trust in government.Network public opinion has a positive role in monitoring and guiding role for government action, but also has a negative effect of the government's credibility. Government should take active measures to respond to network events, including examining their own behavior, analysis of the characteristics of network public opinion, establishing an effective, reasonable, and workable monitoring mechanism of public opinion and so on. Through the establishment of these measures, we need to rebuild trust in government, standardize network public opinion, and stabilize social order.
