The Study Of Corruption Control Under Network Perspective

Thanks to the development of information technology and the popularization of computers, internet has found an increasingly wide application in all fields of our daily life. Accordingly, we can not only know what is happening both at home and abroad just staying indoors, but also enjoy our expression freedom through internet. What's more, we can exercise effective supervision over public power via the network platform. As for the field of corruption control, network anti-corruption has emerged in recent years. Spontaneity, arbitrariness, high speed, convenience and safety are its properties. Thus, it provides the broad masses a wide and direct platform in active participation of corruption control, state affairs, expression of social conditions and public sentiment. Because of the state conditions at present stage and characteristics of network anti-corruption itself, a special operational mechanism has been established in China in the circumstance of Information Age. This anti-corruption mechanism includes a combination of dynamics and statics, double tracking between official and population. Carrying out the network corruption under the governments'effective supervision step by step can not only hit the corruption effectively, purifying the social atmosphere, but also improve people's awareness of democracy and freedom, promoting the progress and development of the whole society.There are 4 parts in this paper. Chapter one is an introduction, which introduced the background of my choice item, research status in quo, basic thoughts and research methods. In chapter two, a detailed analysis has been made about the origin of network anti-corruption, its concept and characters. Chapter three discussed the current situation of network anti-corruption in China, which first reviewed some typical cases in recent days, and then analyzed its advantages and disadvantages.This part mainly elaborated advantages of network anti-corruption in terms of political value, and discussed its disadvantages from public and private domain, drawing a conclusion that there are four restraining factors of network anti-corruption. They are subject factor, object factor, measure factor and environmental factor. Chapter four saw through the mechanism of static construction and dynamic operation of China's network anti-corruption, and then discussed its complete path from the angle of macro culture, institution on the middle-level meaning and micro individual.This paper rooted in the function and character of network anti-corruption, describing its current situation in China, and following the guidance of communication, politics and philosophy.Thus, it put forward a complete path by making a profound analysis to the specific manifestation and operational mechanism of network anti-corruption from a brand-new perspective. It is well worth academic study and practical significance if we fill a powerful current into the research and practice of network anti-corruption by combining internet communication and political democracy, making a multi-angle and interdisciplinary analysis.
