Early in the mid 90s ,scholars have studied the phenomenon of migrant workers in detail and put forward constructive comments comprehensively for the state to resolve the issue properly. So far, the situation of migrant workers has not been fundamentally improved at large extent and which continued to the new generation migrant workers severely.In the context of deepening economic reform in the thirty years , migrant workers are still making limited self-adjustment with their own weak power. When the huge population of farmers outside the political system, it isn't the original intention of the construction of socialist democratic politics,therefore Chinese democracy is not complete.This essay takes neozoic migrant workers as an example to discuss the value of political participation of new generation migrant workers, describe the problems of political participation and impact factors of the neozoic migrant workers, seek the root causes of democracy obstruction through the empirical analysis, to explore the expanding process of political democracy, thus contributing to the long-term development of the neozoic migrant workers.
