The Empirical Research On Influence Of Neozoic Migrant Workers Citizenization

Academic researches have shown that migrant workers have been differentiated.Reference to existing researches,this paper designed Neozoic migrant workers questionnaire survey,observes and studies the influence of three factors of psychological capital,human capital and social capital on the citizenization of Neozoic migrant workers.This research collected Neozoic migrant workers questionnaires in Nanning,Finally gets 316 samples.Using regression method,this paper acquires the following results:First,it is concluded that Neozoic migrant workers are still in the state of "semi citizen".They are hesitated to become citizens.Second,the regression results show that optimism,self-efficacy,hope and resilience of psychological capital significantly promote the citizenization of Neozoic migrant workers.Education,work experience and work skills of human capital have a significant influence in promoting the citizenization of Neozoic migrant workers,the influence of education is the most significant.Health does not affect the citizenization of Neozoic migrant workers.Third,the number of relatives in the city where the work is located and the number of the fellow in the city where the work is located of the social capital have hindered the citizenization of Neozoic migrant workers.Cash gift of social capital occurs mostly in the interior of migrant workers,so the behavior has a negative effect to the citizenization of Neozoic migrant workers.The number of citizen friends in the city and the proportion of monthly party spending to the average monthly income have a significant influence in promoting the citizenization of Neozoic migrant workers.Fourth,human capital?social capita and psychological capital exists 3-way continuous interaction.It shows that any one of the factors of the influence on citizenization of Neozoic migrant workers is affected by the values of the other two factors.
