A Study On Peasant Cooperation Of Rural Public Goods

With the new construction in rural areas the gradual deepening of the state's efforts to support in rural areas has continuously increased, but also notable performance in the rural areas on the supply of public goods. However, due to social and political reality of the economic and cultural conditions of the rural areas around the use of this support level of efficiency and not always efficient and consistent, must also accommodate the need for some kind of cooperation more than the main supply to fill the imbalance between supply and demand of rural public goods. Water resource facilities are extremely important in rural public goods, and they are related the daily lives of peasant production, but the existing water resource facilities supply in rural areas are still a shortage and lack of sustainability. How to resolve these difficulties in the process of cooperation to ensure the water resource facilities and supply of other public goods, the importance and the guidance of government is very important and critical, research on this is also necessary. How to solve the dilemma of peasants cooperative is not only the focus of academic research but also the focus of primary government. Based on this, the author went to some villages in Yi Du city of Hubei province to launch the Study on peasant cooperation of rural public goods. Through the case, supply of public goods in rural areas, the constraint of cooperative resource, the existence of free riding and the Chinese farmers "fair view" firmly illustrates the universality of cooperation problems, but effective guidance and concerns from government, the dilemma is likely to be cracked.After the description of the history in peasant cooperation, the paper builds a general framework for cooperation including four aspects of the process of exploring the general mechanism of the farmers'cooperative, and discussed elements of success in the framework of the"beneficiary share-holding", simultaneously, to make some of the reform and improvement of peasant cooperation of rural public goods.
