Study On The Community Education Of Three-gorge Rural Immigrants

Up to 2010, the Three-gorge Immigrant Project had been finished. Among one million of Three-gorge immigrants, at least 100,000 immigrants had to migrate to 11 provinces and cities. For the rural immigrants, some kinds of adapting problems still exist in strange arrangements. Their life conditions, production situations and psychic statuses have become focuses of all society. The stability of the Three-gorge rural immigrants relates to building a harmonious socialist society and also affects the step of construction of new socialist countryside. In the quality of "scholars of hometown", the author visits these immigrants in the arrangement of immigrants in Shiqiang Town, Zoucheng City. By reading some literature and adopting logic analytical method, the author studies on the community education of Three-gorge rural immigrants.The paper makes a comparative analysis of the changes of removal before and after from production situation, life condition, cultural education and psychic status. Combined with social development state of the arrangement of immigrants in Shiqiang Town, the paper discusses the various problems of community education existing n the arrangement of immigrants and analyzes caused reasons. Based on borrowing the experience in community education, the author constructs community education model for Three-gorge rural immigrants in terms of theory, and brings up some development countermeasures about it.
