Emergency logistics is a branch of modern logistics. It's outcome of logistics industry after a certain development. Emergency logistics closely correlates with development of logistics industry and is an important mirror of professionalism and socialization of logistics. Military emergency logistics is still in an infant stage and we have seen not much study achievement. This dissertation discusses the meaning and characteristics of the emergency logistics for the 2nd Artillery through systematic analysis of typical martial emergencies, and puts forward a radio frequency information management system of emergency logistics for the 2nd Artillery, which can be operated by layers, through analysis of domestic and foreign military RFID technology. The author designs a high-frequency (13.56 MHz) read-and-write RFID system applicable to missile warehouses, based on MFRC530 as the central read-and-write module, and USB as ISP download manner. The circuit is also structurally classified and the flow chart of microcontroller programs is designed. In this thesis, a structural model and an operating process of emergency logistics for the 2nd Artillery are discussed. The author makes statements about requirements for choosing a location for emergency logistics center for the 2nd Artillery, about categories of storage for emergencies, and about classified model for nuclear emergency response for the 2nd Artillery, in accordance with characteristics of nuclear hazards, features of emergency response of the 2nd Artillery, and the International Nuclear and Radiological Event Scale of IAEA. A few issues to be paid attention to for developing emergency logistics for the 2nd Artillery are analyzed based on the gain and loss of domestic and foreign emergency logistics development.
