A Study On Community Pension Model In The Field Of Civil Society

With urbanization and demographic changing in China, the traditional model of family pension has not been highlighted matched. The old-age model which was based on blood relationship is facing a smaller structure, the challenges of population rise in dependency ratio. Because of a serious shortage of supply services, uneven quality of service features and high pension costs in geracomiums, this model can't meet the most common pension needs of the older.This article focuses on the community care service model in the context of civil society. The senior citizen cooperative is a NPO in the field of community service pension. The article explores the affect and relationship between the eivil society and traditional community care service. The case studies the process of community care service which is provided from the NPO. On the one hand, the aim is to analyze the approach of providing public goods from NPO and government agencies. On the other hand, the aim is to propose a new community care service model after analyzing a small group's civic-mindedness and its impact on the traditional community service model.This paper is divided into five parts.ChapterⅠis an introduction which describes the background, practical significance and innovation.ChapterⅡis the theoretical basis and research status. This section introduces the theory of civil society, community care theory and community governance. The theory of civil society sorts out the definition of civil society, elements and the development in China. The Community care theory describes the definition, origin and contents. The researching on domestic and international community combed the status, problem and development trends.ChapterⅢis the development of civil society and the challenge of Chinese pension service system. This section mainly analyses the status of China aging and the traditional pension services, defining the meaning of modern pension service model. This part analyses the relationship between civil society and community care service model and the feasibility of the model.ChapterⅣis empirical research. Through the research on senior citizen cooperation, it analyses the community endowment mechanism, explains the way of the non-governmental organization participate in community patterns which is the realistic basis of the last part.ChapterⅤis the building of new community endowment model. Firstly this part analyses China's pension service trends, then proposes a new community care service model and finally puts forward the conclusions and prospects.
