Study On Voluntary Service In China-South Asia Expo

In recent years,China-South Asia Expo which held in Kunming is an important window that Yunnan open to the southwest of Asia,Its status is becoming more and more important.In order to better the work at China-South Asia Expo,in order to provide better service for the Expo exhibitors and visitors,the government has introduced volunteer service.From the first session of China-South Asia Expo,volunteer service organization is rooted in the Expo,they are like a beautiful landscape,providing a large number of volunteer service at China-South Asia Expo,it brings great convenience to exhibitors and tourists,it protects the Expo holding successfully too.It has received unanimous praise from all walks of life,it has been highly valued by the provincial Party committee and the provincial government also.However,in the Expo volunteer service process,a series of problems have emerged in the management of voluntary services,the ultimate performance of voluntary services has been discounted.How to solve these problems,how to let the government management and the Expo volunteer service development realize benign interaction,these problems has become an important topic in the research field of Yunnan volunteers.In the thesis,the author combines the methods of literature research,interview and questionnaire survey,exploring the Expo volunteer service management problems from the transformation of government management and public management function perspective.During the thesis writing,I visited a number of China-South Asia Expo volunteer organizations management and conducted a large number of volunteer questionnaires,then I summed up the dilemma of volunteer service and management problems of China-South Asia Expo,carried out an objective analysis,put forward some thoughts and suggestions on these problems.At the end,I tried to provide a solution to the development of volunteerism and hosting the China-South Asia Expo successful,the ultimate aim is to build a bridgehead for Yunnan's opening to the Southwest of Asia.
