Study On The Construction Of The Class Culture Promoting The Students' All-round Development

The construction of the class culture is one component part of the construction of the school culture and it is one of the approaches to cultivating the students'all-round development. The construction of the class culture not only contributes to the formation of the class atmosphere, the study atmosphere and the class spirit, also helps increase the class cohesion, the students'awareness of the collective honor, the students'responsibility and gratefulness. Besides, the construction of the class culture can cultivate the good habits of the students'study and life, and helps the students identify their study and life goal and their life plan, thus truly affecting the formation and development of the students'overall quality and their individual characters. During the 20 years'practice of the class teacher, the author is always devoting herself to exploring the approaches to helping the students'healthy, happy, successful and all-round development in their whole lives. The study of the construction of the class culture has become the author's research project. Whether in theory or in practice, the author gradually develops her firm idea that the class culture is the effective approaches and the scientific media of promoting the students'longlife healthy, happy , successful and all-round development.The author begins with the thesis with the theoretical study, and systematically summarizes the history, the the concepts and the related practices about the construction of the class culture. According to the present situation of the construction of the class culture in Jiangsu TianYi High School through the investigations and interviews and the author's own practice, the author analyzes the several major problems existing in the constuction of the class culture. On the basis of this, the author builds up her own systematic strategies of the constuction of the class culture and also brings up some thoughts and suggetions about the constuction of the class culture, with the hope that she can rethink her construction of the class culture systematically and profoundly, and then she can put forward her construction of the class culture further.
