| The teenagers have a rapid development on physical qualities during their middle school time. However, the physical health of the teenagers in China is reducing continuously. Improving the physical quality of students has become the most important task in quality education. The scurry, as a basic means, is also one of the most important means to improve the physical quality of teenagers.Scurry plays a significant role in middle school PE teaching. The accession of scurry in Middle School PE Textbook provides a strong foundation for the physical quality development of the teenagers. Scurry is effective in improving the strength quality, speed quality and coordinate quality of the middle school students. Cultivating correct running skill is helpful for middle school students to improve their physical quality. Hip as the most stable joint is the key part of barcenter displacement in running skill. Hip technology plays an important position.The thesis aims to improve the running skill through consulting famous trainers and PE teacher on the training method of hip joint in daily teaching practice. It also considers the biomechanical knowledge about bone training to improve running skill of students by the stress effect on bones and joints. With the practice of shear, stretching and compression, reversing stress in daily practice, the students learnt how to run by more practice on bones. At the same time, they also grasped some simple knowledge about biomechanics and had a new understanding on PE. The four-month teaching experiment proved that joining the stress practice on hip joint in scurry is helpful for middle school students to improve their running results and grasp right running skill. |
