A Study Of The Influential Factors On Effect Of College Students E-learning

In recent years, with the Construction of Digital Campus in HIGHER LEARNING continued to deepen, network centers, digital libraries, and information institutions play an increasingly important role in promoting higher education information and effective learning in college students. E-learning from the beginning to focus only on the scale of expansion to gradually shift the focus on learning. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the key factors of learning by using the quantitative analysis.Through sorting relevant documents, indentifed the type of E-learning of this paper, and proposed the evaluation guide lines of E-learning, namely, satisfaction of learning, performance of E-learning. From the internal and external factors that affect learning, internal factors including the motivation of learning, self-efficacy, strategies of learning, external factors including the guidance of teachers, learning resources, online learning platform to these factors made this study assumptions. The questionnaire was prepared on the basis of research results, and was conducted a field survey of university students in Liaoning Normal University, to get the primary research data. By using Pearson's correlation analysis assaied the degree of correlation between the relevant factors and the effect of E-learning, the degree of correlation between those factors, then set up a model between learning satisfaction and performance of E-learning by using regression analysis. The results showed that learner's own motivation, self-efficacy, learning strategies and achievement of learning satisfaction has a significant effect on E-learning. The ease of E-learning platform of external factors had a significant impact on learning satisfaction, and the fluency of E-learning platform has a significant impact on performance learning. Finally, pointed out the relationship between the factors and the effect of E-learning, and some suggestions that gave college students E-learning to improve the effect of E-learning.
