Course efficiency evaluation refers to the value judgment of influence degree courses for students, Training course effectiveness should be based on the degree of training course goals to evaluate. Practice teaching is the most distinctive vocational education and important part. The research of training course efficiency evaluation in higher vocational colleges has far-reaching significance to enhance the effectiveness .This research paper application value evaluation theory to study the raining course efficiency evaluation model in higher vocational colleges, including three parts research content.The first part using interviews, observation, questionnaire and a single sample t-test, principal component factor etc data processing method to research the training course efficiency evaluation index in higher vocational colleges, Constructs the student ability development index and its influence factor, thus constructs the index of training course efficiency evaluation in higher vocational colleges. Student ability development index contains ability acquisition, ability operation, capacity of chemical three dimensions of 14 indicators .Factors include curriculum sexual factors and student background factors, the two dimensions, and course sexual factors and contains evaluative factors, teaching sex factors, managerial factors, conditional factors were 15 indexes four aspects. The second part according to the investigation and statistical data and application far regression analysis method to research the raining course efficiency evaluation model in higher vocational colleges, Firstly establish two level model student ability evaluation model and factors affecting evaluation model, Further analysis integration establish the raining course efficiency evaluation model in higher vocational colleges. This model shows the influence trend of affecting factor for t the student ability development .The third part as the biological technology and application expertise for an example to put the evaluation model into use. Provide a practical model for training course efficiency evaluation in higher vocational colleges. Finally, this paper presents a follow-up research prospect.
