Talent is the country of the state, education is the education base. Therevitalization of the national education is the key, and the revitalization of educationlies in teachers. The UNESCO points out:"to improve the quality and enthusiasm ofteachers should be given priority in any country." Since twentieth Century, the worldattach great importance to education, have carried out education reform. At present,our country is experiencing a special period of social transition and systeminnovation, in our country economy, society, education reform, teacher training inour country also needs to be improved, in order to adapt to the new era ofdevelopment.Although the national policy attention and emphasis on strengthening thetraining of teachers, improve teachers’ quality. However, the current situation ofteacher training is not ideal. According to the survey, there are disconnectionbetween training content and the needs of teachers, lack of coherence, single form oftraining, management system is not perfect, the lack of effective evaluation, lowevaluation mechanism and the supervision mechanism, funds are not in place andtraining. In order to improve the effectiveness of training, it is necessary to reformthe existing training system, to build the new system, and improve the evaluationmechanism, evaluation mechanism..The paper is available in Queshan County teacher training as the researchcontent, from the perspective of management, the empirical research as thefoundation, taking training effectiveness as the breakthrough point, the horizontal onthe training system, training system, training subject, training content and methods,vertically from the pre training, training process, training a few some look for reasonof training effectiveness is low, using the mechanism principle of management,human resources management theory of motivation to find theoretical support, andfind solutions to problems.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part describes the researchbackground, research ideas. Function, principle and significance of the second partintroduces the concept and evaluation of training, dimension and define the effectiveness of training. The third part describes the present situation of Queshancounty training as well as the main measures and methods. The fourth part accordingto the results of the survey, the paper points out the existing problems of Queshanteacher training, and cause analysis. The fifth part on the basis of the above, somecountermeasures are proposed to improve the effectiveness of the training.
