The Research On Operational Mode Of Hangzhou Community Education

The community education is the main component of Lifelong education research, also is the important segment of practicing on learning society theory. Research on community Education is not only enriches the lifelong education research content, but also is the main method for a country, a city to building learning society. Hangzhou as a city which is moving towards the modern metropolis, people have realized the education is very importance for their own development and the social development, and the enthusiasm and desire for learning is unprecedented. The migrant workers education problem, the senior citizens education problem and so on, is shouting and asked the government to speed up the construction and development of community education system. A effective operation mode will greatly improve the development of community education in Hangzhou, and along with the speed and the effect of the development of community education to mature in our country, regional research will become the next phase of the research focus on community education. Hangzhou located in the political, economic and cultural center, in recent years; the community education in Xiacheng District accumulated a lot of experience, forming a unique operation mode. This paper will analyze the operation mode of community education mode in Xiacheng District, and to sum up the experience, and will combine the results of the "Xiacheng District community education situation questionnaire" and the results of Xiacheng District community education, comprehensive to point out the problems which include publicity system problem and curriculum problem and adult education problem and management system problem, existing in the operation mode of Xiacheng District community education, and puts forward the feasible measures to solve these problems.
