Executive ability is the core power of school development.The insufficiency of executive leads to the goal of school development coming true unsuccessfully,even though school has made a scientific and reasonable development goals and a standard management system.The school management team is the core power of school management.It is decisive power of making the goal of school development,constructing campus culture,perfecting management system,researching great decision and leading school development.In fact,from the root causes of lack of execution,they cannot implement the goal of school development and plan.This research from the angle of theory to practice,execution to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the school management team,which using urban and rural primary schools of Zhan Yi,Qu Jing as an example.Through document research,questionnaire survey and case interview,we explore the problems of executive ability of school management team existing in the daily management in Zhan Yi,analyze the reasons of the problems and try to give suggestions and countermeasures to improve executive ability.This research provides the basis for urban and rural primary school management team of Zhan Yi to improve executive ability and apply to management practices.To further improve the level of the school management,to improve school efficiency.This research takes primary school teachers of urban and rural in Zhan Yi as the research object.Through the analysis of the result of the questionnaire data and interview,we summarize the primary problems of urban and rural in Zhan Yi existing in the management team execution.First,school management leadership is low.Second,the goal of school is fuzzy.Third,the school management system is not perfect.Fourth,the school management team is lack of team spirit.Fifth,the design of school management organization structure is not reasonable.Sixth,school culture is lack of motivation.In the end,aiming at the problems of commonness and difference in Zhan Yi,we put forward some principles to improve executive ability of school management team: firstly,school administrators establish the authority of leadership.Secondly,set the goal of development clearly and feasibly.Thirdly,strengthen the system standardly and perfect the management system.Fourthly,construct the reasonable organizational structure system.Fifthly,strengthen the cultivation of team spirit.Sixthly,build a positive campus culture.Aiming at different characteristics among urban primary schools,demonstration primary schools of villages and towns and rural primary schools,we put forward specific ways to improve executive ability of school management team.
