On The Development Present Situation And The Countermeasures Study Of Rural Kindergarten Education In The YuGan County

Pre-school education is a primary education of the life development, the base of basis education, the beginning of life-long education, is an important part of the national education system, for promoting the all-round health of individuals in the early development, consolidating and improving the quality and efficiency of nine-year compulsory education, an overall improvement in the quality and promoting education and social justice, human resources of the country has an important value and significance.Since the reform and opening-up policy, our pre-school education cause has undergone considerable development relying on social various power under the leadership of the party and the government. However, in recent years, though the country's economic rapid development and compulsory education and secondary education have made great progress in the circumstances, kindergarten education especially in rural areas kindergarten education has appeared serious landslides. The kindergarten education has become our entire education system"short board".The paper utilizes the research methods of literature, observation, questionnaire and interview. On the basis of the objective and comprehensive showing development present situation of rural kindergarten education of YuGan County, the main promblems of rural kindergarten education of YuGan County are revealed more accurately, which are children education funding shortages, into the number of kindergarten scarce, environment and facilities simple, teaching force weak and the quality of education low. The causes of the problem are analyzed deeply, which lie mainly in the ideological recognition one-sided, lack of financial investment, children education on a small scale, teacher rights no guarantee, lack of inspection and supervision. Then it is put forward to improve ideological congnition, increase financial investment, improve managerial condition, strenthen the team building, standardize the teaching content and strenthen management supervision ,which are to improve present situation of rural kidergarten education of YuGan County, in order to promote the healthy development of rural kindergarten education.
