After nearly a decade of higher education in Anhui Province by leaps and bounds, the number reached 100 colleges and universities, students in breaking scale of 100 million. However, the period of great development of higher education in the country, how to test the quality of higher education? This issue also placed in front of higher education in Anhui Province. I believe that working as a teaching evaluation only just begun work in the construction and development process will inevitably be a lot of frustration and skepticism, but we must recognize and carry out the work of university education and teaching the importance of evaluation, assessment and effective teaching ensure the quality of higher education, which is the need for reform of higher education, in line with the national conditions of China, also in line with development needs of higher education in Anhui Province.Most of Anhui higher accepted the new round of undergraduate teaching level evaluation, but the different types of colleges and universities differ in the assessment.
