Job burnout is a new searching topic in the fields of education and psychology in recent years. It depicts the individual's psychological and physical fatigue caused by the long-term work stress without any effective relief, decreasing of work capacity, the loss of enthusiasm in work, the growing indifference to others, the lowing feeling of job achievement and a series of negative symptoms. An increasing number of researches nowadays have shown that job burnout is a common problem among the teachers, including the vocational schools. Compare with the teachers in senior school or the junior school, the vocational school teachers face a large number of the students who are rejected to admit in the senior school. As a result, the vocational school teachers are inclined to feel the job burnout. The result of researches shows that emotional exhaustion of them has reached a serious level. And especially there is a high risk group of job burnout among the teachers in vocational schools. In recent years the domestic researches on the teacher's job burnout and job stress is increasing, but the specific research about vocational school teachers is less. As the teachers in Wenzhou city an example, through the questionnaire survey and the case studies, with the state of the teacher's job burnout by the investigating. The results are as follows:The job burnout of the vocational school teachers in Wenzhou City is now seriously; More than 60% teachers have a feeling of high stress; Half of the teachers feel very tired after finishing ork; only 30% teachers feel they are succeed; The degree of the job burnout and the work stress are directly proportional and the degree of the job burnout and the teaching age are otherwise. The degree of job burnout is different when the genders of teachers are various. According to the survey results and the teacher's talk, the paper analyzed the characteristics and reason of the job burnout of the vocational school teachers.However, from some domestic theories related to this topic, it is difficult to find out any effective incentive method to enhance teachers'initiative and responsibility. The incentive to teachers is an important managing issue which is one of the important factors to achieve vocational school educational function. This paper is intended to help managers of the vocational, external, objective and subjective aspects based on the actual state of the writer's school, taking effectively targeted measures and boarding administrators' thinking form the view of managing psychology. Therefore,this article from the school, community, teachers made the following recommendations:1.Improve the teacher evaluation system; incentive programs and measures;objective examination of the layers under the incentive;concerned about the mental health of teachers;adhere to the "people-oriented" management philosophy;with the material incentives encouraging and the spirit of the combination.2. Establish a correct educational beliefs, actively involved in work;make good teaching reflection,the concept of lifelong learning;improve their own quality, and enhance self-efficacy.3. Strengthen inter-sectoral coordination;updated mindset of the people;increase the theatment of the teachers.
