Among that, development of national region is an indispensable part in the process of new rural construction, and the study on farmers' economic behavior is an important aspect in national economic development. The research on minority farmers' economic behavior, has an important practical significance on understanding and grasping its regularity, nationality, regional characteristics, and promoting the rural work.The economic development and economic behavior of any minority is an joint effort of cultural factors, policy systems and other factors.
