Graduate education is the highest level of higher education to other levels of education, the radiation has a strong and leading role, and he is a national education an important indicator of the level of development. With the rapid development of graduate education, higher education is also more and more people concern and attention, the development of graduate education, to improve the quality of graduate education is the inevitable move around the world. Higher education will be in this dynamic era of great progress. As its external degree in the institution of higher education also expanded the scale of points for higher education in China has trained a large number of high-level personnel, the development of higher education in China has played a certain role. In fact, the development of degree higher education today, have their background in which are closely related, they should exist between the natural and necessary link, the development of higher education degree programs and also the development of the times to do it out of its due contribution, while the development of higher education degree programs and there are also many problems in the rapid development of degree, it really play the role it should play, whether completed its negative historical mission, and only a clear understanding of the needs of society and their own needs in order to find the right development path. Only at the national, social needs, their needs to achieve a relative balance among, higher education can play its due role of degree, realize its social value. This requires us to be a clear national policy, social needs, their own reasonable under the circumstances required the development of higher education degree, optimizing its hierarchical structure, the rational adjustment of the layout of its regional structure, to seize the change of social demand to adjust the degree type structure.The higher degree from a development perspective as a research point of entry points to the background of changes in national policy, to identify the social development and the development of postgraduate education in higher education problems, find ways to improve the quality of the cultivation of graduate students path. Through the direction of research, in theory, to enrich the results of theoretical studies of graduate education; in practice, trying to figure out the development of degree higher education in the various problems that occur the best solution, but also hope can the future development of higher education, improve the higher education personnel training, and improving education quality and efficiency to provide some inspiration, Graduate School of Education to provide reference.
