Study On The Degree Of Correlation And Countermeasure Between The Postgraduate Education And The Development Of Economy In Jiangxi Province

A high level of human resource has increasingly become an important traction for the development of economy.to cultivate the high-level talents adapting to the region’s economic development in specific area is of great significance, meanwhile, the development of economy will also give direction for the talents’cultivation and its quality increasing, and provides important impetus. Graduate students education is one of an important form of the output of high-level personnel, so the scale, structure and quality of the graduate student education have important effect on stimulating the local economic development and transformation, at the same time, its continuous, stable and healthy development of is inseparable from the local high quality software and hardware education resources. The emerging industries of strategic importance.traditional characteristic industries and other parts of the economy put forward new requirements to the graduate education, based on the fundamental economic service, how to speed up the reform of education graduate student in Jiangxi. in order to produce quality high level talented person in various fields and realize the harmonious development between the human capital and economic society, which is an burning question should be solved.This paper focus on the reality of the social development of graduate education and economic society in Jiangxi. beginning with the corresponding scale, structure and development speed between them, using Gray-econometrics model to analyze coordinated development, to find out the existing problems and to put forward the countermeasures for coordinating development. Based on the structure, this paper is divided into six chapters. The first one is introduction, the second one is the overview for the relationship between the graduate students education and economic development:the third one is the present situation of the the graduate students education and economic development in Jiangxi province:the fourth one is the empirical analysis about degree of correlation between the graduate students education and economic development; the fifth one is the countermeasures how to develop Jiangxi graduate education and economy coordinately; the sixth one is the conclusion and prospect. Through this paper,we can found that the level of the development of the graduate student education and economic society in Jiangxi is low, and the degree of correlation between them is small and the interaction and coordination is not enough.In this paper, viewing as the graduate education making efforts to adapt to the need of economic society, according to the cause of low degree of gray incidence, this paper proposed a series of reform measures such as the subject structure adjustment, professional degree construction, increasing investment and balancing development among regions, to coordinate with the development of economic society.In this paper.higher education shrunken to the range of graduate education, which made study conclusion more targeted.
