For more than 40 years of reform and opening up,with the rapid expansion of the enrollment scale of colleges and universities,China's higher education is about to move towards the stage of popularization,and the problem of “learning” has been basically solved.In the face of new changes in the new era,in order to promote the quality of education,accelerate the modernization of education,and build a country of higher education,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed "realizing the connotative development of higher education." Postgraduate education is at the top of the higher education chain,and the level of postgraduate education largely represents the level of higher education development.Improving the quality of postgraduate education will greatly affect the process of realizing the intensive development of higher education and building a strong country of higher education.As an important part of the process of training graduate students,curriculum learning is of great significance to promote the comprehensive development of graduate students and improve the quality of graduate education.Therefore,it is an important task to improve the quality of postgraduate education in China under the background of the connotative development of higher education.This study firstly introduces the significance of this research through the combing of the basic problems of the connotation development of higher education.Through the analysis and definition of related concepts such as curriculum and postgraduate curriculum construction,the research scope of this paper is determined.Then it analyzes the basic characteristics,value orientation and academic postgraduate training objectives of postgraduate curriculum construction based on connotative development,and lays a foundation for the article to explore how to improve the quality of postgraduate courses in the context of the connotation development of higher education.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical analysis,combined with empirical research,it describes and analyzes the current situation of academic master's degree course construction in Fujian Province,and through the management process of postgraduate training in 24 postgraduate colleges,graduate school training offices and degree offices.The main person in charge,as well as the in-depth interviews with the degree leaders and degree holders of relevant disciplines,to further understand the implementation status of the postgraduate training units in the postgraduate curriculum construction in Fujian Province,and the reasons for the existing problems from the perspective of the curriculum construction subject.analysis.Finally,in order to strengthen and improve the construction of postgraduate courses and promote the quality of postgraduate education,this study aims at the construction of academic postgraduate courses in Fujian Province,and proposes a strategy for the promotion of postgraduate courses based on connotative development,with a view to improving the quality of postgraduate education in Fujian Province.Provide ideas for reference.
