The Biology is a strong experimental course,and the experiment teaching has a certain status and function in the Biology teaching. The teaching method in the discipline teaching's utilization, may improve the teaching effectiveness. But under the present senior middle school's Biology experiment teaching condition's limit, the teaching method also comes under certain influence in the experiment teaching's choice. In order to better improve the effectiveness of teaching under the conditions of limited biological experiments, must use the appropriate teaching method combining the actual.The main contents of this study were divided into three parts. The first chapter mainly carries on some literature and the work research summarizes, including the status and function of biological experiment teaching in biology teaching, the present situation research of senior middle school's biology experiment teaching at the present stage, the practice research of biological experiment teaching and the present situation of research in biological experiment teaching method,and so on.The second chapter, mainly carries on a survey research in the senior middle school's biology experiment teaching method. The writer adopts research operation of the same experiment with different teaching methods and the different experiments with different teaching methods, using the questionnaire to carry on the investigation. The survey results of "the choice question" showed:the student's aggressive to study the biology experiment is very high,but the opportunities for students to physically operate the experiments are few,and have some insufficiencies in the method of the experiment learning. Students also prefer the actual operation experiments that carried on in the laboratory. By analyzing the "fill in the blank" part of the performance data, the result showed:"different experiments with different teaching methods" under the data analysis showed that the levels of two groups of students in experimental classes are the same; and then through the analysis of "the same experiment with different teaching methods" under the performance data, come to the conclusion that different teaching methods produce different teaching results.But which method should be adopted in the experimental teaching, we must combine the subjective and objective conditions of teaching for a comprehensive selection.The third chapter, the author combines the present condition of the research in the experiment teaching,on how to strengthen the senior middle school's biology experiment teaching, proposes the improvement strategies:to improve the experimental teaching's objective conditions, to change the education's concepts,to reform the experiment educational model,to strengthen the research of biological experiment teaching and to reform the experiment teaching's appraisal way and so on. Combining the conclusions of the inquisition research,puts forward the corresponding implementational suggestions on the experiment part's teaching method in the senior middle school's biology textbooks.
