With the continuous development of our education,the pre-service teachers' education and training has become a highly focused topic. Pre-service teachers are in the teacher's preparation phase with different cognitive and learning characteristics. We always pay more attention to the training methods of teaching and theoretical education and pre-service teachers are not good at the basic teaching skills. Therefore, pre-service teacher training should be focused to enable them to master the basic teaching skills.Video case is equipped with visualization, situational characteristics. According to the cognitive characteristics of pre-service teachers,video case will be introduce to the pre-service teachers'training in teaching skills. That can help pre-service teachers significant tacit knowledge, develop teaching skills,gain practical teaching experience, and to get obvious advantages.Through literature research, survey analysis of pre-service teachers in teaching skills, this paper focus on the advantages of the theoretical basis on the video case teaching; Collected and compiled for teaching pre-service teachers develop their skills through video cases, and organize the text draft of the class on the basis of teaching skills; Design and development the video case-based network platform to the use of streaming media technology online network.The programme proved through practice can help pre-service teachers mast er classroom teaching skills and techniques, enrich basic teaching knowledge, i mprove individual classroom teaching ability and the effictiveness of inductive education for pre-service teachers. The application of teaching video case will be a new approach to study in the pre-service teachers'training.
