Human resources are the primary resources in universities and the main source of universities'core competence. The quality and quantity of human resources play a key role in the ability of personnel training, the ability of research and innovation, the ability of social service and the ability of management in universities. Construction of high-level university must have high-level faculty and management personnel. If you want to have high-level faculty and management personnel, universities need to strengthen human resource management, set up modern human resource management mechanism and raise the level of human resource management. The improvement of human resource management can improve the level of teaching, the level of scientific research and the level of whole management in universities.At present, humanity has entered into the information age. IT in people's study, work and life has produced profound and extensive influence, changing people's idea and behavior. The internet and a variety of management information systems in all aspects of life are playing more and more important role. All walks of life and all types of organizations are experiencing the baptism of informatization. Industry informatization, agricultural informatization, education informatization, enterprise informatization and government informatization and so on have become familiar words.Informatization has permeated all aspects of the university. Campus informatization has become an important area of the construction of universities. And campus informatization provides effective support for universities'development. Although e-HR is an important part of campus informatization and a new mode of human resources management, it does not get the desired effect. Therefore, through the literature research and case analysis this paper hopes to provide effective countermeasures for e-HR at Chinese universities.
