The Education Management Of Shanghai Full-time Private Higher Music Institutions

Private Higher Learning Institution is one of the achievements from higher education's reform. Private Higher Music College is the complement for State owned Music Conservatory; they will take more and more important position in the system of higher education of music. Private High Learning Institution has the difference system, they have greater autonomy and more flexible for the education management. For music education, we also have special style. In the following dissertation, I will deeply express my opinion for how can we compatible the flexible and autonomy for make the best effort on higher music education.I will through research and compare the status of private higher music college in worldwide, collect the feature of higher music education in China; For the standpoint of music education management, I will analyze the current status of 4 private music college in Shanghai for school-running concept, teaching management, faculty management, student management and the management of asset; Make the summary for the system of private education and the feature of music education, analyze the tough point and exist the issue for private music college, how to overcome the difficult during the processing of set up, promote the development of private music college, to propound the countermeasure and suggestion for the reform of music education management, make an effort on the applied and generality music talent training from private music education.
