On The Evaluation Of Archives Work Standard Management In General Colleges And Universities In Anhui Province

In 2008,the Ministry of Education and the Archives Bureau jointly promulgated the "Regulations on the Administration of Archives in Colleges and Universities" is an archival management rule for the archives work of colleges and universities,which is an important basis for the work of archives in colleges and universities.With the continuous development of China's archives,as an important part of the archives in colleges and universities as an important part of archives is becoming increasingly prominent.By collecting relevant data and systematically analyzing the status quo of archives management in colleges and universities,it is of practical significance to make scientific evaluation on archives work in colleges and universities.The object of this study is the archives of general college in Anhui province.The general undergraduate colleges in Anhui Province,sampling,select a representative of the ten institutions,according to the "People's Republic of China Archives Law","Regulations on the management of archives in colleges and universities","Regulations of Anhui Province," and "Regulations of Anhui Province,the implementation of archives management" and other laws and regulations of the specific requirements of the survey,Institutions archives work to conduct research.According to the research results,the scientific and systematic analysis of the general institutions of Anhui Province,the standardization of archives,the problems and achievements.According to the results of the actual investigation and system analysis,the third level index is set up,and the different levels of indicators are described and the different scores are given according to the importance degree to form a complete,systematic and hierarchical index system.Through the construction of Anhui Province undergraduate colleges and universities archives work standard management evaluation index system on the one hand can objectively evaluate the general undergraduate college archives work level and work status for the university archives work to carry out the focus and guide its development direction,on the other hand can be for all levels of archives management and administrative departments to develop university archives work plan to provide ascientific basis,but also for other levels of colleges and universities in our province and other archives of the cause of the system to provide a reference.
