Research On Creating System Of College Students' Evaluation Of Teaching

Teaching quality is the lifeline of education, and also the lifeblood of universities. How to improve college teaching quality has become a general concerned subject during college educators. The premise of university teaching quality improvement is to take targeted measures according to present teaching quality. And the assessment of university teaching quality, of which students'evaluation is the basic, is a good way to know present teaching quality. It is very important to perfecting students'evaluation system for there are some problems about that system. The comprehensive and in-depth research of that system has the vital significance to direct college educators'solving problem, to students'evaluation work, and to the effectivness of students'evaluation. This research Paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter described the problem this paper studied, the current status, significance, theory and ideas, and defined some related conception; second chapter analyzes the system of students'evaluation of teachers; in the third chapter it made Jiangxi Normal University as a case to study the present status and the problem of Teaching Evaluation System, and analysis the problem. Chapter IV presented the results of the research, and propose some countermeasures, which including: improve the awareness of teachers and students on teaching evaluation , improve teaching evaluation methods, perfect the teaching evaluation index system, feedback and apply the evaluation results scientifically, and strengthen the teaching evaluation Evaluation management system.In the fifth Chapter describe the web-based system, for College Students to design a reasonable purpose is to improve the Student Evaluation of Teaching Strategies to better teach the students evaluating embodied, so that the teaching evaluation more scientific, standardized and user-friendly.
