With the development of AFTA, the international educational exchanges between China and ASEAN countries gradually frequent, the number increases every year to study in China. Guangxi has a privileged location, ASEAN students to study in China has become a major positions. The number increased to Guangxi to study, study level gradually deepened, by the beginning of the short-term language students to the undergraduate, master’s and Ph.D. The emergence of international education in Guangxi good momentum of good development, but the attendant problems of quality educational services has become the focus of attention. Quality of educational services, especially high level of quality educational services significantly affect the attractiveness of ASEAN Guangxi master students, and students master the scientific evaluation of the quality of educational services ASEAN is an important guarantee for high-level students the quality of education services. In order to better promote the development of the ASEAN Master of International Students Education, Masters From the perspective of ASEAN students starting evaluate student body, build a reasonable for the quality of educational services ASEAN Masters student evaluation system.This paper is spilt into five sections, the section is an introduction, about describing the setting of the present Master of International Students in Guangxi and ASEAN, importance, and retrospect correlation study at home and abroad, and then find out the deficiencies of the existing research, identify areas for further development and improvement of space. The second part introduces the concepts and theoretical basis. Mainly the definition of ASEAN Masters students, clearly meaning the quality of educational services, introduced total quality management theory. The third part is the status quo evaluate the quality of educational services in Guangxi ASEAN Universities Master students, master students pointed out the current evaluation of the quality of education services in Guangxi ASEAN Universities problems and analyze the reasons for these problems. The fourth part is the construction of Guangxi and ASEAN university postgraduate student education quality evaluation system, mainly from the perspective of evaluation is to create a master’s degree students, as well as the quality of educational services ASEAN Masters students in Guangxi University simulation evaluation. The fifth part is recommended that ASEAN Guangxi college students master the quality of education service evaluation system implemented.
