With the overall progress of quality education, establish a "health first" guiding ideology, people-oriented, concerned about the physical and mental health of students, the school sports development in China inevitable trend. Physical education in students interested in sports to enable students to master the basic sports knowledge and sports skills for lifetime physical and lay a solid foundation of great significanceThe study approaches are questionnaires , data statistics and tracking surveys and other research methods, self questionnaire on physical activity, physical self-esteem and social physique anxiety questionnaire questionnaire survey tool, randomly selected college and high school students for 1100 survey, 915 valid questionnaires were obtained.The study includes a description of physical exercise each variable analysis; and high school students physical self-esteem and social physique anxiety, gender, grade, major differences in analysis; adhere to different levels of exercise, exercise duration, students with different physical self-esteem and social physique anxiety gender, grade difference analysis; physical exercise-related variables, physical self-esteem of students of social physique anxiety analysis. the author reaches a conclusion as follows:1,There is significant difference in exercise adherence among gender ,grades, majors.2,As for the main effect of variable gender, college students have significant difference in physical quality, general physical self-worth, sports competence, attractive body. as for the main affect of variable major, college students have significant difference in physical esteem, there is interaction effect between gender and major. Discomfort about physique is significant different between college boys and girls. That girls score is higher than boys. as for the main affect of variable major, the difference is significant in social physique anxiety ,the interaction effect with sex have no significant.3,The difference of physical esteem demonstrated in different gender of middle school students. as for the main affect of variable grade, there is significant difference in attractive body of middle school students. Gender and grade have significant interaction effect in physical esteem aspect except sport competence. There is significant difference in gender between Discomfort about physique and Anxious about social self-presentation comparison. At worry about other's negative evaluation, gender and grade have remarkable interaction effect.4,Social physical anxiety decline as they enter a higher exercise persistence level whether college students or middle school students. As for the no exercise students, the female is higher than male in discomfort about physique. There is significant grade difference in worry about other's negative evaluation and discomfort about physique. For the occasional exercise, there is main effect to discomfort about physique in gender or grade.The persisting exercise is no gender or grade difference in social physique anxiety's variable.5,There is significant negative correlation among exercise times weekly, each exercise time,sustained exercise time, social physical anxiety. Physical condition, attractive body, exercise time weekly, sustained exercise time and general physical self-worth have to social physical anxiety variable prediction function. Attractive body has important role to discomfort about physique.6,Social physical anxiety decline as they sustained exercise increasing whether college students or middle school students. As for the main affect of variable measuring time, there is significant difference in social physical anxiety.
