Construction Of Police Vocational Colleges Teaching And Training Quality Assurance System

In the 90s of 20th century, scholars began to in-depth study of teaching quality and support, and try to build Teaching Quality Monitoring and Management Systems in universities and colleges, then gradually extended the meaning of Teaching quality monitoring and management into a Teaching Quality Guarantee System. In 2010, the "National long-term educational reform and development plan (2010-2020)" improve the quality of education as a core mission of education reform and development. The government starts to focus on the work of teaching quality of higher vocational education. As an important part of Higher Vocational Education, to build vocational teaching and training quality assurance system in police vocational college is conducive to enhancing the quality of teaching and training,and improve the quality of the police force.This article attempts to divide the teaching and training quality assurance system into three parts:the regulation system, the quality standards, and the organizations, takes the Shanghai Police College for example, introduces the process throughout the exploration and practice of the establishment of teaching and training quality assurance system, and a series experience of the systems, specialized agencies, and the measures. Points out problems about the admission mode, and the work awareness, and operation process. In fact, the whole system should involve the internal part and external part. But, the police vocational colleges should be the main force of the teaching and training of quality assurance system, and also there are still some weak links in security work, so this article pays more attention to the internal security system, At the same time discuss part of the content of the external security, this study attempts to form a completely, well-focused teaching and training quality assurance system for other police colleges as a theoretical model.The author take Shanghai Police College for an example, analysis current shortcomings in the quality work of the higher vocational police colleges, and proposed the following recommendations:1. Establish a higher level and a more professional teaching and training quality assurance agency; 2. Reform the higher vocational police colleges' recruited mode, raise the admission criteria, and eliminate police cadets in training process; 3. Strengthening the construction of teaching staff and further improve the "Instructor system".
