| The current'Variations in Mathematics Teaching'accords with new idea of curriculum reform. It meets the need of cultivating students'thinking flexibility, innovation ability, and improving the efficiency of the classroom. However, many teachers fail to upgrade'Variations in Mathematics Teaching'into the height of theory so as to guide teaching. Therefore, to solve the problem, this paper studies further and have a new cognition on related theories of'Variations in Mathematics Teaching', aiming at some implementing strategies on classroom teaching. Meanwhile, this paper has an experiment research on implementing the strategy in function learning and congruent triangle proof of Junior Two.Function and proof are the content that run through the entire process of middle school mathematics learning. So it is strategically important to study them and practically enhance teaching research. But practice indicates that students'level are relatively low in function learning and proof, which are comparatively more difficult in mathematics learning. It has become the major concern of many people how to use the same type in the classroom teaching to improve the efficiency of study, and it is of realistic significance to do the research.This paper discusses from two aspects of theoretical and empirical studies, concerned about the research process and the result, paying attention to accountability and effectiveness.In theory, this paper probes into implementation strategy of'Variations in Mathematics Teaching' in the class teaching.In practice, this paper studies through teaching, combining with case studies and interview to discuss the meaning and value of'Variations in Mathematics Teaching'I do teaching experiments on'Variations in Mathematics Teaching'and the result is encouraging. The student's test results show that students in experiment group make greater progress than those in control group and there is also significant difference in statistical analysis. Moreover, the students of experiment group obviously feel the professor's teaching more amusing and easier to understand. These results show that implementing'Variations in Mathematics Teaching'in mathematics is meaningful. The research and the experimental result show that (1) pedagogy of variation in mathematics teaching can improve students'note.
