As one of the main factors for successful employment of undergraduates, employment view plays the role as a guide in developing undergraduates'knowledge structure and competence, affects undergraduates'choosing their own careers, unconsciously standardizes their ethics of choosing an occupation as well as encourage and influence their adaptation to career and their future career accomplishments. In recent years, undergraduates have to face the impact from change of employment view and to readjust their value of life because of various factors from the society. Particularly for undergraduates from the ethnic minorities in China, their different cultural background, religion, custom and growth environment are leading to gradual complexity and contradiction of their employment view. In the new historical period, establishing a scientific employment view for undergraduates from the ethnic minorities is of positive significance for expanding range of career, realizing self value and promoting social development.Forming of a new employment view for undergraduates is a long-term process and affected by such factors as their subjective factors, family, university education and the society. Universities for nationalities shall build an employment service system for undergraduates from the minorities as early as possible according to social development. This system shall have complete and suitable employment guidance objectives and contents as well as effective employment guidance approaches and methods. In addition, an employment guidance working mechanism shall be implemented gradually during the whole university period. During employment guidance, the quality-oriented education is performed for students from the inorities so as to promote their sense of identity for quality-oriented education and active participation. These are important parts of higher education reform and quality-oriented education requirements.To study on the basic rule for the employment education of ethnic minority college students, taking full-time ethnic minority college graduates in 2010 from Guangxi University for Nationalities as the object of the study, the author gives out 700 copies of questionnaires and takes back equivalent valid questionnaires. Meanwhile, the author summarizes the current situation of the employment education of ethnic minority college students according to relevant reference data, comes to an conclusion based on the analysis of the obtained data, and finally proposes countermeasures for enhancing the employment education of ethnic minority college students. The paper consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction, mainly including the description of the problem and definitions to relevant concepts.The second part is a comprehensive analysis of the actual situation and survey result of employment view of ethnic minority students. It is believed by the author that ethnic minority students'employment view are mainly positive, healthy and upward. The university authority gives an effective education and instruction to the students'view on select an occupation. However, there is a large gap between the social requirement and their ideas.The third part is some suggestions based on the survey above. First of all, students' employment should be ensured by governmental policies and laws and guided by proper public opinions; secondly, reinforce the systematic and scientific education and training on students' employment view, transform the training pattern and enhance the guiding work. Thirdly, strengthen the ability and capability of adjusting students themselves, based on the social requirements, to the reality.Finally, the last part is conclution.
