The micro-chemical experiment has been in China more than 20 years, concerned of the quantity and quality about the experimental paper of microscale laboratory, we know that the recent years is a rush hour of the development of the micro-chemical experiment in China. The backbone of researching microscale laboratory are in universities and educational institutions. Howevr, in the field of basic education, secondary middle chemistry teachers can not make great effort to promote the development of micro-chemical experiment. Which is the major bottleneck of the development of micro-chemical experiment.Information technology has some advantages:such as a broad developent of information content and information interactively without time and space constrains and so on. So intergration information technology into education is the most important way to break off the bottleneck. Now, the the main mode of integration is base of the design the theme of site. The delivery of the information is one way from one site passed to the learner. The network forum is a two-way transmission,and even multi-directional. Through the interactive platform built for the participants so that high school chemistry teachers have the ability to publish relevant research information, they can talk with the experts in this field, high school chemistry teachers really integrate into the power of micro-chemical experiment of which, to the theme of micro-chemical experiment can become a forum for the development of microscale chemistry experiments break the bottleneck of the effective model. So it is very important to design and practices the theme of micro-chemistry experimentsThis paper adopted the methods is mainly the literature method and questionnaire, complementary with interviews.Through the "Questionnaire of the situation of high school chemistry teachers how to use the theme sites and forums" and "Questionnaire of the Guangxi middle school chemistry teachers how to know about the concept of micro-chemical experiment "to understand the middle school chemistry teachers the suggestions about what is the ideal forum for learning chemistry. Base on the modern education theory such constructivism as the designing and practing as a forum for the theoretical basis. By modifying the template and uploading to yxbbs community forum system program, designing forum based on micro-chemical experiment theme, and forum is divided into structured and open-closed two modes. So that the high school chemistry teachers can communicate online and interactive discussion in each module.Microscale Laborator practice in the public have 8 years, function of their practice is mainly achieved through the online questionnaire to analyze the data collectting. Research conclusions are as follows:the forum of micro-chemical experiment can deepen the high school chemistry teachers understanding micro-chemistry experiments, can improve the use of micro-chemical experiment the ability of the chemistry teachers to carry out inquiry and self-teaching of information literacy. Forum on the theme of micro-chemistry experiments has been recognized by the majority of high school chemistry teachers. The results show that the forum do help for the learning and practicing for the future. The innovation of this research is that it was the first time, structured, full-featured theme of the Forum for the Study of Learning Object class, Forum on how to use information technology with education research to expand the breadth of features and practical way how to promote the learning forum for the development of such subjects made a useful exploration.Learning Forum is a new point of view the integration of chemical education, Due to the limited researching time, research was not thorough enough, Through the reflection of the subject in the research process and the problems encountered in the Forum in practice difficulties. The design of this forum and practical shortcomings are summarized below:First, The process of practice in the forum by the high school chemistry teacher's own teaching and learning environment of limited practice in the forum did not reach the expected number of teachers, Second, lacking of using interactive technology not fully integrated the theme of the use of domestic and foreign site, Therefore, this issue still needs further researching, determines practical ways to achieve the maximization of its educational function.
