The price earnings ratio has reached 13.6:1 in Nanjing, far exceeding the tolerance of young salaried. The young salaried pressure of buy a house has become a problem.In this study, the pressure of young salaried to buy a house in Nanjing were studied using empirical methods based on previous studies. In theoretical study, the concepts of stress, the research actuality of home and abroad. In the empirical part, made the young salaried purchase pressure Questionnaire on the basis of interviews with 10 subjects in Nanjing, Then selected 168 subjects conducted a questionnaire survey, by item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and the reliability and validity of study questionnaires standards; followed by the preparation of the questionnaire to 293 subjects for Surveying, by difference test of Nanjing City purchase of the pressure of young salaried analysis of the characteristics; Finally, individual coping styles on the purchase of the effects of stress. Through studies, several conclusions are drawn:First, the purchase of young working-level pressures, including economic pressure, tired feeling, responsibility pressure, development pressure, and the pressure evaluating five aspects in Nanjing. The preparation of the "working-level buyers, Nanjing Youth Stress Questionnaire" has good reliability and validity;Second, There is a higher proportion of young salaried home buyers pressure in Nanjing;Third, In a different gender, male buyers' pressure slightly higher than female buyers';Fourth, At different ages, the purchase of more than 30 years of age was significantly higher than the pressure of the buyers under the age of 30;Fifth, In a different state of marriage, the instability of marriage the state's purchase of a significant pressure on the marriage of high and stable state persons;Sixth, In the different economic status of parents, the purchase of the pressure levels was significantly different;Seventh, In the buyers of the different Self-Regard, higher self-evaluation and self-expectations of buyers who feel less pressure.Eighth, Purchase stress coping styles in different significant difference exists, good at using positive coping pressure was significantly lower than those of the buyers often prefer those with a negative coping style.
