Modern higher education is the product of enlightenment ideas, however, with worldwide in pragmatism of victories, university spirit, slowly degenerate gradually evolved into education, college education technology in developing was constantly "practical" and "externalization". University education is getting lost its status humanism, native culture identity, multicultural understanding and culture to the critical spirit. So if university education is just stay in professional education, certainly will not satisfy the needs of the community, students'self pursuit and education itself contain abundant meaning.This paper does not do the minutiae research on general education, but choose the core: general courses as the research object. On the basis of general education of college humanities course target, the humanities, curriculum content, curriculum organization are discussed in humanities. Trying to find a suitable for China's national conditions, meet the needs of The Times when the education humanities course design paradigm.General education curriculum design problem is a highly theoretical value and practical significance of research projects, it can not only broaden the general education field of study, but also for our university education through the reform and development when provide theoretical support and practical guidance and promote the construction of general education.The innovation points of this paper , is abandons traditional guided by the technology of rational curriculum theory, attempts to break the existing in the curriculum outlook, the dualism of effort to get away from the control on the course. This article from the curriculum objective foundation, thought based on the analysis of existing curriculum soil, out of the past without theory education course basis or borrow professional curriculum theory model of the embarrassing situation. Based on detailed analysis of general education in Chinese universities when the humanities courses, puts forward the course target source clear humanistic curriculum objectives; And in the course target, under the guidance of consolidating the adaptation of the five domain humanities course; And according to balance principle, the sequence and psychological principle, the course will be horizontal organization and longitudinal scientific arrangement, pay attention to the organization in the plane of the depth and the merging of vision, construct the course with vitality.
