Currently Teaching Of High School English Grammar Class Problems And Countermeasures

Language teaching cannot be separated from grammar teaching. Likewise, the English grammar teaching, which we should pay enough attention to. plays a vital role in English teaching. What's more. English grammar teaching in class is much more important for high school in the whole English study.This paper summarizes the development of the English grammar theory both at home and abroad clearly and comprehensively. It reflects a lot about the English grammar teaching of high school objectively. It also points out that the core tasks of high school English grammar teaching are as follows:pay more attention to the students'emotion and attitude, protect and develop their interests especially; increase their knowledge as well as their language skill and the communication ability. Besides, this paper proposes that we should put the grammar teaching in the right position, improve the grammar teaching and deal with the relationship between grammar teaching and communicative teaching properly.Secondly, under the research and the analysis of the real class teaching, this paper finds out four main problems of high school grammar teaching:lack of interest, flexibility, practice and creativity. Then, it poses four ways to solve the above problems, that is, using multimedia and games to develop interest, using comparison and conclusion to develop the cognition, put grammar teaching into material and situation to improve the ability to use language and telling story and role-play to improve creativity.Therefore, based on the analysis of the real high school English grammar teaching, this paper aims at pointing out the problems and suggesting some effective teaching methods. Wish it can bring more brilliant ideas about this area in the future.
